So for our folks with bigger brains, we offer you a comfortable solution with our regular-extra large sizes! Just wait, it gets better. We are also here to assist you in any of your apparel needs including sublimation, heat transfer, embroidery, and laser engraving.

We are a family owned business built on hard work and dedication to our customers. Our owner, Jason Poteete, has over 30 years of experience working in graphic arts and customer satisfaction. Jason was born and raised in Marshall County, TN and has planted Fatheads' roots on his grandfather's farm. He thrives on his dream to leave a legacy for his children and grandchildren.
Fathead Threads can help you with any of your custom design needs. Although we specialize in larger hats, we offer a numerous amount of merchandise to expand your brand or just for the average fathead.
We offer custom:
-Embroidery: an embroidery process whereby a sewing machine is used to create patterns or textiles. It is used commercially in product branding, corporate advertising, and uniform adornment.
-Sublimation: a digital printing process that uses heat and pressure to transfer dye onto different materials.
-Laser Engraving: a laser performs engraving designs, letters or numbers on materials using a laser beam. Our engraving machine uses automation to achieve precise cuts and engravings on various materials including metal, wood, glass, and plastic.
